Her own experiences inspire the listener to delve deeper into the concept of birth. While Lynn herself ended up having an unassisted birth, this audio CD is by no means only for moms who prepare for such a birth. The questions raised by Lynn can help any mother preparing for birth to have a better birth experience for herself and for her child.
