Service description

Four classes to cover the safest and healthiest childbirth options for you without judgment. My goal is for you to build a toolbox of coping skills and feel confident asking questions and making informed decisions, creating your birth and postpartum plan, and working with your partner and/or support person. Please schedule our first class to book this course. Each class is 2 1/2 hours and a 30 minute buffer time is included to allow for setting up, chatting, and questions. You will schedule the remaining classes through the client portal once booked.
