Service description

In four 2½ hour classes, we will cover the safest and healthiest childbirth options for you without judgment. My goal is for you to build a toolbox of coping skills and feel confident asking questions and making informed decisions, creating your birth and postpartum plan, and working with your partner and/or support person. Please schedule our first class to book this course. You will schedule the remaining classes through the client portal once booked.
