Combine my doula support with my childbirth course, the Build Your Nest course, or both! During labor & birth, a doula holds your space, watches over your physical well-being and comfort, suggests positions, advocates for your birth plan, and helps you communicate with those caring for you. Even so, feeling prepared, ready, and confident beforehand makes a difference in how you approach your labor & birth and your postpartum time. Understanding what your body is doing and practicing skills for the various stages of the process gives you peace of mind as you gain trust in yourself and your decision-making skills.
